This week, our Customer Success Team led another Lunch and Learn for the managers in our user community. In Agile Learning for Relevant Growth, we explored the latest trends in learning and how organizations everywhere are prioritizing quick-hit training resources to invest in their leaders and their growth.
It’s no surprise that managers are busy and often site a lack of time as a main reason for not investing in their development or learning. There isn’t time to sit down and attend a bulky training session. Instead, managers are turning towards quick-hit resources that they can access on-the-go, directly from their phone.
