BETTER MANAGEMENT LEADS TO BETTER EMPLOYEE RETENTION
Retaining, coaching and upskilling current employees is a challenge, but necessary to retain your best talent and develop managers into effective leaders. This is especially true for the restaurant sector which needs to attract over a half a million workers to fill shortages (NRA).
As of April 2022, the employment levels in the restaurant industry were still 794,000 jobs, or 6.4%, lower than their pre-pandemic levels. This industry faces the most extended journey towards achieving complete employment recovery compared to any other sector. (NRA)
