    • Contextual Reporting: In My Dashboard’s Contextual Reporting, you can view all feedback that has been shared with you via Spark. Be sure to respond to any feedback that you’re receiving as this is a great way to show your manager that you’re engaged and open to coaching. You are the driver of your own development, so be sure to ask questions and share progress.


  • Individual Development Planning: When creating your goals, ensure that they are clearly defined and measurable. IDPs can be a great way to define professional goals and outline a clear path forward. Stay on track with regular progress check-ins.
