Employee-Facing Truvelop Tips

January 26, 2022

As part of our ongoing customer success strategy, our team sends out Truvelop Tips twice a month to all of the Managers from our client base.  These messages highlight different management and development best practices and how Managers can be optimizing their Truvelop experience.  These have been a great way to engage our Managers and keep bringing them back to the app.

In 2022, as continue to prioritize creating the best possible employee experience, we wanted to expand our Truvelop Tips to include non-managers.  Now, employees are receiving their own Truvelop Tips to learn more about how they can be leveraging the platform and all of the resources in our Knowledge Center to further their own growth and be an autonomous driver in their development.

Take a look at January’s Employee Truvelop Tip: Reflect & Make the Most of Your 2022 Goals

As you plan for the year ahead, it’s important to take advantage of the tools at your fingertips. Have you visited the Team Member Resource Center? There are a few key resources for you to check out!

  • Building Motivation and Engagement. Are you having trouble motivating yourself? Or, are you curious on how to make the most of your intrinsic motivators? Whether you’re looking for a starting place, or looking to build on current understanding of your performance, you can be proactive in your development by knowing where your motivation comes from.
  • Do you have an upcoming Goal-Setting conversation with your Manager? It’s important to take the time to reflect and map out your success. To prepare, we have Individual Development Planning guides to help you think about your motivators, de-motivators, goals, and career aspirations.

  • Send a Spark to a Team Member or Manager who deserves praise. Was there a Team Member or Manager that helped you achieve a big task? Or an individual who went above and beyond to support you at some point last year? We all want to feel valued and recognized for the work we do. You have the tool to do exactly that! Remember, you can choose Recognition Wall as the Spark Category if you think the Praise should be recognized publicly and company-wide.

By equipping both our Managers and Employees with the tools to be successful, we can foster more meaningful conversations, boosting engagement, motivation, trust, and ultimately retention.
