Last week, our Customer Success Team led another Lunch and Learn for the managers in our user community. In Manager as Support, our audience considered how they can best keep humanity in the workplace. Employees want to feel seen and heard as people, not just another cog in the machine. In February’s Lunch and Learn, our Managers walked through various scenarios to practice a holistic approach, identified best practices, and finished with a review on the tools in Truvelop that can help them to support their teams.
The key to successfully supporting one’s team holistically, is simply opening up the conversation. Anytime a manager is noticing something, whether it is a decline in performance or an employee going above and beyond, it’s important that they leave room for the employee to share their perspective and experience. This ensures that the employee feels seen and valued.
One common theme that the Managers came back to is the connection between servant leadership and holistic support. In order for managers to best serve and support their teams, they first need to understand what their team needs. With Truvelop, Managers can connect with their teams in a variety of different ways, giving them a full view of employee performance, engagement, and experience.
Our monthly Lunch and Learns are just one of the many benefits our users gain by becoming part of the Truvelop family.
