Truvelop Customer Success Team Announces New User Community

Over the past few months, Truvelop’s Customer Success team has been engaging in active (virtual) conversations with our Customers’ management teams surrounding their experiences with Truvelop. Their input is critical to ensuring our product is adding value and constantly evolving to meet the needs of management teams especially as they face unprecedented challenges associated with today’s complex work environment.

As a Customer Success Manager, I personally have learned a lot from our customers on what’s working, what’s not, and what it is about Truvelop that keeps users coming back regularly to evaluate their team members, provide feedback in real time, and take advantage of the micro-learning resources available in our Knowledge Center. This input helps me write bi-weekly customized messaging that fits their leadership style and culture to ensure maximum adoption.

We value the feedback we receive from the management teams across our customer base especially as it relates to their success stories, effective management strategies, and desires for future enhancements that will further embed Truvelop into their daily flow of work.

So, we decided to expand these conservations by creating a Truvelop User Community to give managers an opportunity to share with one another their experiences with the platform, ask questions, discuss best practices, and dive deeper into Truvelop’s functionality.

This Thursday, October 15 from 12:00-1:00pm we’ll hold our first Truvelop User Community Lunch and Learn. This is one of the many exciting projects in the pipeline for the Customer Success team. We’re fortunate to have a diverse network of customers reaching across various industries such as healthcare, construction and building trades, and corporate accounting and finance.

This new User Community will provide an opportunity for a more in-depth, dynamic discussion around continuous performance management and development strategies and the benefits of real time feedback while maximizing Truvelop. We’re looking forward to seeing where these conversations take us and learning directly from our customers how we can continue to enhance the Truvelop experience.
