In September, the group launched with Corporate Manager Training hosted by Truvelop’s CS Team. Since launch, they have been building routine to adopt this new, continuous approach to employee performance and development. Additionally, ZIPS has held Store Management Training and is almost done with Store Team Member Trainings for multiple locations. Their overall aim is to drive their employee engagement strategy and retention efforts.
